Tiffany is amazing and patient whilst grooming, even when Sabby was being fidgety! She took out some really bad matts that we were having trouble with and removed a lot of the undercoat. Sabby now looks (and smells!) beautiful and is silky smooth to the touch. I would recommend Peppers Purrfect Pampers to anybody with a cat, especially a long haired breed. 5 Stars!!
